Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions engineering teams ask before initiating an audit:
Do you need access to our production AWS account?
Yes, but strictly read-only access to billing data and CloudWatch infrastructure metrics via an IAM cross-account role with SecurityAudit policy. We never require write or execute permissions.
Will the audit disrupt running workloads?
Not at all. The audit is purely analytical. We inspect configuration metadata, utilization metrics, and billing reports. Zero software is installed and no production changes are made.
How long does the audit take to complete?
Typical audit engagements run between 7 to 14 business days from IAM access handoff to final deliverable presentation and walkthrough.
Can we execute an NDA before sharing details?
Absolutely. We execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement prior to holding our initial technical scoping session or receiving any account access.
